Have you ever stayed up ‘til 5AM playing video games? Do you see Flappy Bird flying around in your dreams? Know how great it feels like to PWN others? There’s only one thing better than playing video games – and that’s making them.

On 19.-21. September, IGDA Estonia is organizing a cool game jam weekend in Tallinn that aims to bring together game enthusiasts to compete in planning, designing and creating a playable game from scratch under the guidance of international gaming experts. Come and meet other developers, learn about the industry and create something awesome!

This year´s theme “Less is More” is giving you a plenty of space for interpretation. Anyone interested in development, design, marketing and business development are welcome to join. No limits or regulations on the genre, platform or OS of the game. You just need to bring your computer and you are ready for action.

Besides prizes for the best performancesby Softlayer, Fortumo and AdCash selected by the jury of organizers, mentors and sponsors, all the games developed during the event will get the opportunity to be showcased at MängudeÖÖ by Level 1 on October 25th.

We have a great bunch of gaming brains on board and a wide range of hot topics discussed:
Alastair Burns from Buff Games – Starting your game studio
